Kernel device for iwlwifi in 13.3?

13.3 Installkernel shows several new modules for iwlwifi* under /boot.
Trouble is there doesn't seem to be a corresponding device in the kernel
definition file.  These .ko files are also created regardless of
OPTIONS_UNSET+=WIRELESS in /etc/src.conf.  Did I miss a release note
somewhere?
