CFD: mirroring the FreeBSD GNATS database?

Are any installations (other than portsmon) using cvsup(1) to mirror
the FreeBSD GNATS database onto their local machines?

I am trying to determine how widespread this usage is in order to
understand whether replication would be a basic requirement for any
proposed replacement bug tracking system.
