I'd like to report what seems to be a bug in the bug reporting system

The reported link (see forward below)

doesn't work, whereas 

http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=kern/80617

*does* work.

Since this doesn't apply to any FreeBSD-related subsystem, I've mailed
you guy directly. Hope that's okay.
