Yes, something is definitely wrong.

freefall(~) [82] > ls -l `which edit-pr`
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  980 Jun  1 13:56 /usr/local/bin/edit-pr*
freefall(~) [83] >

It looks like a new gnats installation was made on freefall but some
appropriate config files (like the default root) are broken. Also, it
appears that new PRs aren't being created:

freefall(~gnats/ports) [99] > ls -l 38??? | tail -3
-rw-r--r--  1 gnats  gnats    3242 Jun  1 10:20 38801
-rw-r--r--  1 gnats  gnats   27577 Jun  1 13:00 38803
-rw-r--r--  1 gnats  gnats    5403 Jun  1 13:30 38804
freefall(~gnats/ports) [100] >

Surely, there should be a ports PR since 1:30...

It looks like this symlink needs to be changed:

freefall(~) [109] > ls -l /usr/local/share/gnats/gnats-db
lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  13 Jun  1 13:56
/usr/local/share/gnats/gnats-db@ -> gnats-db.dist
freefall(~) [110] >

It should be pointing to /c/gnats, I think.
