TERMINAL_{KERN,NORM}_ATTR quite literally never worked for me since their
inception, all text remained grey/white in BIOS or UEFI boot methods.
However, after updating system and loader.efi (so, this is UEFI machine) to
releng/15.1, everything started working and I can see my favorite green from
kernel. And colors are fine in loader itself.

So perhaps this finally fixed?
