WirelessDevice, class 239/2, rev 2.10/1.00, addr 4> on usbus0 ubt1 on uhub1 ubt1: <MediaTek Inc. WirelessDevice, class 239/2, rev 2.10/1.00, addr 4> on usbus0 ubt1: ubt_attach:684: could not get two interfaces /etc/rc.d/bluetooth is running by devd(8). If you do not need it simply comment in /etc/devd/bluetooth.conf attach section.
