We make mistakes sometimes based on the reasonable context, but assigning bugs
to people who have began working on them, and marking them in progress when we
have commits, is part of the job of bugmeister. This time is a rare mistake
(and you could have mentioned that it was a workaround when you attached the
commit to this ticket), but it is not random and is exactly what Mark is
supposed to do.
