After upgrading from FreeBSD 15.0-RELEASE-p11 to 15.1-RELEASE kernel
(FreeBSD-kernel-generic 15.1p1), the system enters a boot loop with repeated
"vm flush ack timeout" messages. The system is unusable and can only reach
single user mode intermittently.

Hardware:
- Controller: MAXIO Technology (Hangzhou) Ltd. NVMe SSD Controller MAP1202
(DRAM-less)
  - PCI: vendor=3D0x1e4b device=3D0x1202 subvendor=3D0x1e4b subdevice=3D0x1=
202
- Drive: SSDPR-PX500-01T-80-G3 (1TB)
- NVMe version: 1.4
- CAM driver: nda0
- Platform: amd64, GENERIC kernel

Steps to reproduce:
1. Running FreeBSD 15.0-RELEASE-p11 with MAXIO MAP1202 NVMe (works perfectl=
y)
2. Enable FreeBSD-base repo pointing to base_release_1
3. Install FreeBSD-kernel-generic 15.1p1
4. Reboot

Expected: System boots normally
Actual: Repeated "vm flush ack timeout" messages, boot loop, cannot reach
multi-user mode

Resolution:
- Downgraded to FreeBSD-kernel-generic 15.0p11 from single user mode
- System boots and runs normally with 15.0 kernel + 15.1 userland

The 15.0 kernel has no issues whatsoever with this controller.
