the script tha rescan the devices behind the thunderbolt after resume event

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue where resume from suspend is failing on FreeBSD
15.1-RELEASE.

I currently use a custom workaround script that is triggered via devd on the
resume event to restore my daisy-chained Thunderbolt setup (Laptop -> Samsung
Screen-Hub -> Razer Chroma eGPU Box with USB peripherals). 

Attached is the script triggered by devd.
