So there is a bug in SpamAssassin or in one of its libraries. This should be
reported upstream and this bug should be reassigned to ports. The trigger for
the bug is to define an "ENV" environment variable, isn't it? The default shell
change merely exposes it.

If your point is that the FreeBSD project should audit every ports for latent
bugs exposed by changes in base, I think that it is unrealistic and that it
never worked that way.
