I cannot reproduce the panic on:
* 14.5-PRERELEASE stable/14-n274695-66c61a685c73 (Aug 4)
* 15.1-STABLE stable/15-n284379-7b7caf43b253 (Jul 7)

I neglected to mention in the original report, that I did reproduce the panic
on both:
* 16.0-CURRENT main-n288255-2519e19f05e0-dirty (Aug 12)
* 16.0-CURRENT jbhati/fts-refactor-v2-n287933-4bd01d6ae016 (Aug 4)

CC markj and kib, who have both recently touched the sendfile code.
