[Bug 297612] ObsoleteFiles.inc: missing GNU dialog header files.

GNU dialog has been removed since FreeBSD 15.0.
The following commit adds entries for the header files.

But I can't see them in the ObsoletedFiles.inc in the main branch,
and I can't see them in OptionalObsoleteFiles.inc in the stable/15 branch
either.

Could you please add them or cherry-pick the commit for each branch?
This issue confused me while I was researching #294934.
