Hi,

I have attached the unified diff to add the missing PCI ID (0x07b1) for the
Lenovo ThinkStation P620. 

As a temporary workaround for other users facing this issue on FreeBSD 15, I
have created a GitHub repository (linked in the URL field) with a script that
fetches the source, applies this patch, compiles the module locally, and sets
the required rx/tx queue limits in loader.conf to prevent Threadripper-induced
packet drops.
