Today 28 Sep 2025 Sunday, I discovered that some file associations on my Wi=
ndows 11 home desktop computer have been lost.

When I try to open a JPG file, I need to choose the correct program to open=
 it again.

When I try to open a MP4 file, I need to choose the correct program to open=
 it again.

I do not know what other file associations are not working at the moment.

Has my Windows 11 home desktop computer been hacked and compromised by Adva=
nced Persistent Threats (APT) hackers?

Or do you think it could be an issue resulting from some problematic Window=
s updates?

Please advise.
