I am having a heck of a time getting simple dhcp services to run. And where are the service monitors? Do I have to install all of those by hand as well? I have had to switch to using KDE from GNOME, because whenever I would statx and it would come up, it would keep openning the root home window, infinately, until I stopped trying to work with the desktop. As soon as I attempted to open another application, or close one of the fifty or more home windows, it would start openning them again. Is this a virus? Are there any gui applications for this stuff? The stupid dhcpconf tool does not even save the information. It acts like it does, but it doesnot. -- Respectfully, Martes G.W.
