There are some tools that can help, but they aren't accurate enough.

And it turns out, whether you agree with me or not, it's moot - most
company liability insurance now specifically doesn't cover IP/copyright
claims against you if you used AI-sourced code.

In other words, if you get sued by someone for copying their code - even
inadvertantly through AI - then your insurance won't cover you.

The insurance companies (whose job it is to quantify risks) now say that
the risks are too high (i.e. no tooling can help prove definitively that
the code is safe)
