If so, it's the current preferred way for code reviews.

Some committers would accept / want GitHub pull requests,
but my understanding is "it's on test" and possibly switch
to other infrastructure (Forgejo repo hosted by FreeBSD
project or something else).

As I'm basically on stable/15 and cannot take enough time
working on main, I'll first try to fit your patches into
stable/15. But no worries. Any commits to src repo should be
basically needed to be done to main branch. So you're on correct way.

(The exception [direct commits] are basically for any fixes and
simple version bumps, not new features, where commits to main
cannot simply be merged.)
