APOLOGIES - AGAIN !

The discrepancy I saw, was due to the kernel cpufreq module being 
loaded, but powerd not enabled, by default, in this build.

I had done a 'powerd -v' in a shell in one case, but not the other, so 
one set of results were at 600MHz, the other at 1500MHz.

Doh !
