/dev/vchiq on rpi4 (aarch64)

Hi,

After some work i was able to get rpi-userland port compiled on rpi4 
(used upstream changes + gonzoua patches). But after all i realised that 
there is no /dev/vchiq on rpi4 at all.

Is it my local problem or vchiq is not ported to the RPI4 yet?
