At least in Kronometrix, we will need a stable Tier 1 platform to continue building our IoT gateway on FreeBSD. arm64 (as an arch) will be tier-1 for 13.0 if I understood correctly. But that doesn't mean that RPI or any Allwinner or Rockchip boards will be defacto tier-1.
