FreeBSD arm64 on EC2 requires boot1.efifat

For both 12-STABLE and 13-RC2 I have been successful in creating working instances in AWS EC2 only with boot1.efifat – which does not appear to be included in base.txz If anyone has succeeded with boot1.efi, I stand ready to be enlightened.
