this should never panic by USB-boot-plug or hotplug.
if it does for whatever reason(driver or whatever), please report, thanks.

( you can override u-boot to 2021.04 without risk to that partition)

Ask Mark Millard for another suggestion from the official pi-org-firmware-upstream.
