RPi4 failed boot with 13.0-release

Hi, all:

   I have a raspberrypi 4b+ with 4G mem, it failed boot with 13.0 release,
nothing display when booting except red blue yellow dots.
  The same micro sd card boot my raspberrypi 3b+ well.

  Any suggestions ?
