I tried the stable/13-n245765-bec0d2c9c841 based bectl environment
that I happen to have in place on a RPi4B:

# sysctl net.inet.tcp.lro

net.inet.tcp.lro.lockcnt: 0
net.inet.tcp.lro.single: 0
net.inet.tcp.lro.compressed: 0
net.inet.tcp.lro.wokeup: 0
net.inet.tcp.lro.fullqueue: 0
net.inet.tcp.lro.entries: 8
net.inet.tcp.lro.hold_lock: 0

# sysctl -a > /dev/null
#

No crash. That might narrow the range a bit unless some other
context-specific issue is involved.
