sysutils/u-boot-tools looks to still be at 2020.07 .

I just figured that I'd check on what the status is for
sysutils/u-boot-tools relative to the new 2021.07 of
sysutils/u-boot . For all I know 2020.07 may well be
the most recent to build and operate well.
