Known issue for armv7 in general. See:

for 2021.04 . Out of too many directions to investigate various
other problems/issues, I've not managed to spend the time to
figure out how to do a bisecting U-Boot build/test sequence to
identify what broke U-Boot. I might get to that someday if no
one else does. But not yet.

(In that message I misidentified the "Kernel args: (null)" as
significant. It is not: 2020.10 boots also get that text
but boot fine.)

2020.10 also boots. For armv7, it is what I've been using.
