Finally, I sorted out.

Actually the board boots with no issues and the Ethernet is 1 Gb/s.

The issue was that I kept an eye on the boards` leds(I dont have the 
serial cable), and the leds are showing red and white colors that made 
me to think there are no activities and it is stuck.

In near future are any plans to support HDMI output ?
