Gpiopps module

Greeting,

I’m trying to use the gpiopps module on FreeBSD-13.1-RELEASE on a raspberry pi 4B rev 1.4.  I’ve put it in the /boot/loader.conf:

gpiopps_load=“YES”

I’ve also tried loading it using “kldload gpiopps” and in both cases, I am not seeing any kernel messages related to it at all and I do not see the pps0 device in the dev tree.

I do see this with kldstat:
