hyperv.conf devd suddenly installed?

Hi,

after cross-building, installing the world amd running etcupdate with
-M TARGET=arm64 set I am now seeing:

sh: /usr/libexec/hyperv/hyperv_vfattach: not found

during boot, which seems triggered by devd as the config file got newly
installed:

-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  3709 Jan 31 17:52 /etc/devd/hyperv.conf

Has anyone noticed any changes there which would trigger this now
during cross-build/install?
