unable to boot latest 14-stable

Source upgrade from 14.0-STABLE #0 stable/14-n265273-803f088147d3: Sat Sep 30 12:48:08 BST 2023 
to 14.0-STABLE on rpi4/8GB as of a few hrs ago

results in the following on reboot:

How to fix? Boot from standard media and upgrade the zpool?
