RPI2 halts on boot

Hi,
i’m using FreeBSD-12.4-RELEASE-arm-armv7-RPI2.img on an old rpi2 model B  v1.1
if the serial is connected it boots, but halts at:

typing ' boot’ continues and boots ok, so how to get it to not stop?
