NO! You seems to have missed the earlier indications of which
FreeBSD build servers do which builds (ampere1 vs. ampere3).
So making that explicit in the summary:

31 Oct 2023 finish quarterly               on server ampere1
02 Nov 2023 finish default (a.k.a. latest) on server ampere3
15 Nov 2023 finish quarterly               on server ampere1
18 Nov 2023 finish default (a.k.a. latest) on server ampere3

So: over 15 days between finishing 2 140releng-arm64 builds.

You also seem to havea missed all the other builds that are
in the cycle each of those machines builds that contribute
to the times being over 15 days between 140releng-arm64
builds. I'll not repeat all that here.
