It runs pretty well under Parallels as long as you stick to 8 cores – I am really ol’school 386BSD/Intel32/AMD64 man – but I recently wanted to understand the difference between FreeBSD approach to asymmetrical cores so I downloaded Parallels and tried it – I am quite impressed

Subject: Freebsd on M1 Macs

I know this is a longshot but I'm going to ask I know MacOS is a BSD but we all know it's very sugarcoated and doesn't look like a BSD.

Question will real freeBSD ever come to the m1 Mac's. I got a 16 inch mbp with good specs just taking up space right now

Thanks
