It runs pretty well under Parallels as long as you stick to 8 cores – I am really ol’school 386BSD/Intel32/AMD64 man – but I recently wanted to understand the difference between FreeBSD approach to asymmetrical cores so I downloaded Parallels and tried it – I am quite impressed From: <[email protected]> on behalf of Joe B <[email protected]> Date: Sunday, 26 November 2023 at 19:22 To: <[email protected]> Subject: Freebsd on M1 Macs I know this is a longshot but I'm going to ask I know MacOS is a BSD but we all know it's very sugarcoated and doesn't look like a BSD.
