One less thing blocking UEFI+FDT support for HoneyComb

Historically I know of 2 things potentially blocking there
being a sysutils/u-boot-honeycomb (UEFI+FDT style) that
would be effective:

A) Until recently, mainline U-Boot's UEFI was not sufficient
for SolidRun to classify U-Boot UEFI+FDT as supported.
   (Not a FreeBSD specific issue.)

B) FreeBSD has not had all the kernel FDT work done to
support the LX2160A(?) --or it is little tested(?).

As I understand "sysutils/u-boot-master: Update to 2024.04"
should mean that (A) is no longer true (but is was true for
the prior 2024.01 usage).

This should leave (B) as the primary issue for allowing a
U-Boot based UEFI+FDT style of HoneyComb use.

(B) could well involve things not involving dpaa2 usage
    via FDT.
