As of today, builds to update the package set to 2024Q3 have completed
and current quarterly packages are available for download.

Feel free to use them.

I'm currently preparing 2024Q3 builds.  These will be ready in about a
week or two.  If there are known users of this package set, I can see
that I rebuild it more often.
