rpi4 fan speed control

Hello all,

My rpi4 small fan is about to die since it started to have noises. Its a
small 40x10 fan attached to a plastic box.

I'm thinking in something like:

Anyone controlling speed fan, i.e., not using fan a full speed all the time?
