As explained in the bug years ago, many desktop/programs expect some 
sort of support for accelerated rendering else they don't run at all. 
Manually specifying scfb in xorg.conf et al is not good enough for those 
cases.

LLVMpipe does support runtime code generation for aarch64 despite what 
the documentation currently says, which probably needs updating to reflect.
