Hello, you are right. 
The Wandboard-Quad has two slots for SD cards. I had accidentally inserted the card containing FreeBSD 13.5-RELEASE into the second slot and overlooked the fact that there was still an old card with 13-CURRENT in the first slot. I had last used the board in 2019 and the cards are quite small. Both FreeBSD versions seem to have mixed. Thank you for pointing this out. I apologize for my carelessness and for the effort I have caused you all.
