user's query - rpi 5 ???

Hi all - there's not much that I've found about support for the 
raspberry pi 5, which has been around for quite a while.

Is there any support planned? If so, are we talking weeks or months or 
longer? Or has support definitively stopped at the pi4 :-{  ?

Need for speed means I really need to replace my current pi4 system - 
I'm loath to jump the freebsd ship though.
