experience of 14-STABLE on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c laptop?

Anybody has good/bad experience of running 14-STABLE
on laptops with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c?

There is a status page for Snapdragon Elite X1E-78-100 "Oryon":

but it's a much more expensive model.

I'm mostly interested in learning armv8 asm.
Network drivers are important too,
but graphics is of least concern.

There are lots of Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c used laptops on sale.
I'm considering buying one, but would like to hear
from somebody who's been there before.

Or if somebody has a better suggestion for an armv8 laptop,
that would be helpful too.
