Hello Mario.

I overlooked what you did. I though you wrote img file first on the sd
card, then wrote u-boot. I haven't done the way like you to update img file
by u-boot. Probably this way is OK but I'm not sure because I always write
img file on sd card, then write u-boot on sd card. And I don't think
FreeBSD-14.2-RELEASE-arm64-aarch64-mini-memstick.img is the file for SoC's.
