The message lines

Load uboot, ReadLba = 2000 
Load OK, addr=0x200000, size=0xf0000

indicate an actual load to an address range
in memory. That type of message sequence
is highly unlikely to be hardwired.

A U-Boot was found, loaded, and used as
far as I can tell.
