Looks like ampere3 is now doing both 135arm64-default and, now, 135arm64-quarterly builds

The first 135arm64-quarterly build has started on ampere3.

ampere1 has been crashing a long for a long time, going back to the
build that started at 20 Apr 2025 21:30:21 GMT . There have been
something like 27 ampere1 builds that did not finish "parallel_build:"
when you start counting with that one.

In recent times, ampere4 has been doing the non-135 *arm64-quarterly builds.

So far only ampere1 has had such a scale of crash problems. ampere[2345]
have not over that interval.
