Patch for issue.

This adds support for various GRFs on the RK3588 platform.

It suffices to get various things going.  Notably missing
is the GRF for the PCIE 3 controller as that overlaps other
GRFs.

RK3588 support tested using a FriendlyElec NanoPC-T6 LTS
on FreeBSD 14 stable (with various other RK3588 patches).
