) The Status section does not mention FreeBSD/arm or FreeBSD/armv6 .
  (FreeBSD/armv6 is now Tier 3 for 14.* and derecated for 15.* and
  main. The HW section does mention FreeBSD/arm and FreeBSD/armv6.)

) The Status section does not mention FreeBSD/arm or FreeBSD/armv6 .
  (So: nothing indicating armv6 is supported on only 14.* and only as
  tier 3.)

) The Status section does indicate ARMv4 and ARMv5 as deprecated.
  (But there are later references to ARMv4/ARMv5 examples.)

) The FreeBSD/ARM Hardware Notes (up to the supported lists) does not
  mention armv7, just "FreeBSD/arm and FreeBSD/armv6".

  (Atmel AT91RM92 and AT91SAM9 families and Intel XScale would be
  likely examples.)

) The only armv7 RPi BCM* is the BCM2836/BCM2709 in the RPi2B v1.1 .

Note:
Overall, I only recognize a subset of those lists. But I'd not be
surprised if parts of those lists are no longer supported by 14.3+, by
15.0+, or by main --and more are not supported by 15.* and main.
