I have a few "Amazon Basics" dongles. The designs vary over time (I have 
2 different models, the one that I'm using now dates from March 2024). 
I've had no problems with them, but I'm not very demanding either - 
mostly used for ssh, git, FreeBSD updates and a very small amount of 
sendmail.
