Never for any FreeBSD distributed *.img , as far as I know. There has never been enough pre-supplied to even have the RPi5 EEPROM's firmware start a U-Boot or such: it just stays in the RPi5 firmware. The complete lack of *.dtb and/or *.dtbo's for the BCM2712 SOCs (pre-D0 and D0) is an example. (Those are RPi5 files from the RPI folks that are not supplied in FreeBSD images as stands. The RPi5 firmware requires them.) No U-Boot is supplied either.
