Never for any FreeBSD distributed *.img , as far as I know.

There has never been enough pre-supplied to even have the RPi5 EEPROM's
firmware start a U-Boot or such: it just stays in the RPi5 firmware.

The complete lack of *.dtb and/or *.dtbo's for the BCM2712 SOCs (pre-D0
and D0) is an example. (Those are RPi5 files from the RPI folks that are
not supplied in FreeBSD images as stands. The RPi5 firmware requires
them.) No U-Boot is supplied either.

FreeBSD's images have never supplied a draft/partial EDK2 or the like
instead.
