FWIW, the machine which "flaps" its WiFi adapter is a Pi2B using DHCP through a USB3 hub to a USB2 Ralink RT5370 wifi dongle. My ISP does not does not use inet6. I do have a Pi5 8GB, but it's confined to RasPiOS for now. I keep hoping FreeBSD will add support for the Pi5, at least by the time a Pi6 is offered, or something better comes along.
