Actually scratch that, I'll post the full output later. The problem
right now with the adapter is that it's very slow (200-300Mbit).
By contrast ethernet on a pi5 with has ubuntu 24.04 on it gets
around maximum thruput (940Mbps) in iperf3 tests.
