Looks like FDT is automatic in GENERIC :
/usr/src/sys/arm64/conf/GENERIC:include "std.broadcom"
/usr/src/sys/arm64/conf/std.broadcom:options FDT
Also in BROADCOM itself:
/usr/src/sys/arm64/conf/BROADCOM:include "std.broadcom"
I've no clue for uether or axe.
